About this website

This website's name is a bitcoin address: bc1qxy2kgdygjrsqtzq2n0yrf2493p83kkfjhx0wlh. It is the address the attackers posted from hijacked Twitter accounts during the July 15, 2020 Twitter hack, when accounts of Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Elon Musk, Apple and many others promised to double any bitcoin sent to it.

Over the years the domain passed through other hands. In 2020 it carried a short warning. Later it was parked, and at one point it was used for unrelated spam. In 2026 it was registered again and rebuilt for one purpose: when someone searches for this address, or types it into a browser, they should land on a clear warning instead of anything else.

What this site is

What this site is not

This website has no connection to the 2020 Twitter hack, to the people who carried it out, to the bitcoin address in its name, or to anyone who owned this domain before 2026. It does not control that address and cannot return coins sent to it.

We will never ask you for cryptocurrency or money, never run a giveaway, never offer to "recover" lost coins and never contact you first on social media. If someone claims to be us and does any of these things, it is a scam.

There are no ads, no trackers, no donations and no sponsored content here. If you spot a mistake in the story or the guides, please tell us through the contact page and we will correct it.
